Executive Leadership Programme

 

This programme is designed to improve decision making and accelerate co-operation between members of a leadership team.   Based on Myers Briggs, the analysis will define individual strengths but also highlight the team's 'blind spots'.

Understanding and Dealing with Risk

 

A robust 3 day programme delivered in modules over a period of time.  Suitable for middle level management, the emphasis of these modules is based on understanding and dealing with perceived threats within the workplace.

Leadership, Learning and Performance Programme

 

An intensive three day programme delivered over a period of 3 weeks for junior managers.  This programme uses Myers Briggs as a benchmark for understanding leadership styles.
